Dear all customers we are doing our best to supply services for people here, so please no worry if you get into any trouble. Any trouble we will support you until you can use services and you are happy here. We do not take from anybody. If anything here is not ok with you we can refund you back.
So if you get into any trouble you can do follow steps :

After you send us the request we need 12-48h to check and support you.

You can apply for a refund within 24-48h from the date you received the goods. Detailed rules are as follows:
Full refund
When you receive your item and find the quality problem, we will refund you fully, which exists using problem in my product.
If we send the wrong item to you, which is our responsibility to refund the total item value for you.
If you order the wrong products, please send full information to us by email we will check and send you the correct products.
If the product is out of stock, we will send an email to ask if you want to change or get a refund. If you want to get a refund, we will refund the money for these goods to you, if this order still has other things, we will send the rest to you. If you want to cancel the order, we will refund the full money to you.
