InPower product is designed to support a unique power generation related application, such as Generator Sets (Gensets), Generator Drive (G-Drive) and Automatic Transfer Switches. InPower is a Windows-based service and diagnostic tool. This tool is famous for its functions and features, namely:

– allows the monitored equipment to send alarm information to a connected computer

– allows to reflect plot-critical parameters in a strip chart format, and export data to 3rd party software tools for manipulation and viewing

– convenient programming of configurable inputs in the controllers

– viewing of equipment history, fault codes, and data associated with fault codes

– reporting of monitored data

– also, allows you to simulate the situation with the conditions of the malfunction, to test the performance of the controller, in order to avoid unpleasant situations with the equipment at the facility. Please note, all features above can be set from Configuration Options. To install and use InPower software, you need your computer to meet the following requirements:

– For InPower Pro, one USB port, depending on the dongle type, is required.

– Windows XP Pro, the PC must have at least 256 MB RAM and a 1.5 GB hard drive.

– Windows Vista Capable, the PC must have at least 512 MB RAM, a 20 GB hard drive, a DirectX 9.0 graphics card, and a 32 MB RAM graphics memory.

– Windows Vista Premium Ready, the PC must have at least 1 GB RAM, a 40 GB hard drive, a DirectX 9.0 graphics card and WDDM 1.0 driver support, 15 GB hard drive free space, a DVD-ROM drive, and audio output.

– Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher.

– SVGA (1024×768) color display. InPower does not support Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 98SE, Windows 2000, Windows ME, or Windows NT. Recommended Operating System (Only a Vista 32 bit operating system is supported). Also, the ability to control the switch via a modem or several controls, which greatly simplifies the work of the program with your equipment. Direct connection from a personal computer to PowerCommand and system management allows you to select settings (read-only, read/change values, administrator). Attention!!! To prevent damage to the dongle, always connect it to the PC when the power is Off. The dongle must be attached to the parallel port during InPower installation. The dongle is used to store the InPower product serial number and registration password. The software license agreement permits the loading of each copy of the licensed software files onto a single computer. An additional license must be purchased to install InPower on additional PCs.
