iWAREHOUSE Essentialâ„¢ Troubleshooting FAQs
My badge is not accepted on this truck or I cannot log into this truck.
The truck does not slow down after an impact.
I am getting too many impact alerts and I am not contacting anything.
Previously the truck travel alarm sounded only in reverse. Since iWAREHOUSE Essentialâ„¢ was installed, the alarm sounds when I am traveling forward as well.
An operator I just added to the iWAREHOUSE REDâ„¢ server software cannot log in.
I answered a checklist question incorrectly and now my truck will not move. How do I get it unlocked?
The horn does not sound when a driver hits a rack.
The truck is not reporting one or more hours meters within Gateway reports.
My Gateway reports have not updated with new data in over a week. How do I get them to update?
I cannot log into my iWAREHOUSE REDâ„¢ server software.
The checklist answers seem to always come up in the same order. How can I get the checklist to randomize the answers?
